The first group winners are known, which always shuffles up the leaderboard quite a bit as that means there are a lot of points to be handed out, and this time is no exception. Winner of the day is Arwon with 22 points, with Dauphin and Maquiladora right behind him at 21 and azzaman at 20. The latter now also leads the overall ranking, with a 2-point lead on chegel who suffered from having joined too late to be able to make predictions for the group A winners. Below chegel there's a 5-point gap to Dauphin, who leads a group of a dozen folks all still within 10 points of each other.

Among just Apolytoners Dauphin now has an commanding 11-point lead on C0ckney and Imran joins Kitschum at 3rd place 5 points further down. With 6 more groups and an entire knock-out stage still to go, this race is far from over though.

It's been a very close race near the top so far and you've been slowly climbing through the ranks for the entire 2nd set of matches (for that round you ranked 3rd overall, only 2 points behind chegel and azzaman), and today you got 1st place on the first batch of group winner predictions (15 points, where most people got no more than 10) and 3rd place on the match predictions. All those small gains add up


For tomorrow, I still need predictions from Wernazuma and Kitschum.
