At this level, 63% sucks. Free throw shooting is often the difference in high-pressure games. It's what cost Memphis the championship least year -- D. Rose missing a FT, keeping it a 3-pt game and giving Kansas a chance to send to send it to overtime.
MSU really caught a break with what was essentially a home game, and they really rode that crowd momentum to take down another of those big, bad Big East powers.
