If Jag shows we'll have 12, then Deity Dude and Drake and.....will show and we'll be up to 14 just like that
I dont like doubles unless you go all the way and have S (or Hits), D, T, and HRs. Guys who get triples are screwed by taking the extra base. Lets see
R, S/H, D, T, HR, RBI, SB and...and... something whacky like GIDP or Ks. No, OBP for the walks...
R, S/H, D, T, HR, RBI, SB, OBP
Course some people dont like triples because they're more rare. Thats true, why give the cat equal weight with R and H or even HRs. But then I'd get rid of doubles too. They do have an Extra Base option, that would be better than doubles. I'm not sure if that includes HRs though. I hope not... Anyway, ignore all that. The final stats will be posted in a new thread I'll start for the draft around Thursday. Hopefully we'll have our 12th by then and any slackers will have to join the auction league.Comment

Hanley the Manly
what a stud, just looked at his stats and his flag says he put on 20 lbs over the winter and will hit 3rd in the line up. OUCH! 40-40? Nah, his SB and Runs might/will drop off a bit hitting 3rd but Jeeeesus that guy is fantasy gold.Comment

I suggest TB->2B and 3B; and K->K/9"...awkwardly and shyly. He stroked it gently and then he blushed and turned hastily away. ‘Hullo, Sam!’ said Frodo. ‘It’s warm!’ said Sam." -The Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the RingComment

As long as it takes In theory, they pass in 1-2 days, unless someone doesn't send a list, and I have to call Manny the Mouse to ... encourage ... him to draft quicker.
Why the Mouse, you ask? Well, just think of a guy that's big enough and tough enough that you don't dare make fun of his name. That's Manny...<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

Apparently the Commish can link past leagues.
Last year's weekly league was called "ApolytonFFBB". Maybe we can start a historical record on Yahoo's site.
