I think he'll be great -- as an RB2/3. He seems every bit as talented, but Oakland has nothing like Minnesota's O-line. AFAIK.

I also think McFadden will rock this year, but probably not right away, he will finish strong I suspect.

Wrong. The PPR mediates that considerably.
WR/RB ranks based on last year's performance (Actual) using these settings:
12 of the first 25 are WRs, 13 are RBs.
WR/RB ranks based actual '07 fantasy points using these settings:
13 of the first 25 are WRs, 12 are RBs.
