My congrats, you really, really deserved this win. And I knew you will win, despite the curse. Because according to the statistics 8 times out of 10 the future champion played vs. Russia either in group or later in the tournament (like it was now). And, btw, our group was the strongest, not France, Italy, Holland, Romania, 'cause in our group played both the champion and the semi-finalist. There was no other such group this year.

A well-deserved victory, Spain , my congrats, once again.


p.s. At the same time I'm happy that I get my points for Pavluchenko finished as runner-up for a top scorer (1 goal behind the winner). I demand extra points for this! How many of you even knew his name before I made my bet?
