Come on, it doesn't even get a thread?

So, anybody think Nadal isn't going to take it?

And how about Henin. There's got to be more to that story.

Anyways, my prediction is Kournikova takes Sampras in straight sets.

There's a noticeable lack of horseshoe, croquet and badminton threads, too.

What kind of attitude is that to take? I'll tell you what kind. A bad kind.

OMG. Sorry. I won't antagonize you anymore for now.

Haven't seen much so far, due to evenings in the pub and lots of motor-racing at the weekend, but Nadal vs the Spanish No 6 in the 4th round was a dismal contest. The other guy could hardly wait to get on the plane home.

Djokovic, Jankovic and the wonderful Ivanovic all through.

I haven't seen much because, as much as I like tennis, I just can't bring myself to wake up 5 am to watch the live coverage. That, and I have work.

I wonder if whoever wins the Women's this year will feel she's earned it, given the surprising series of events thus far.

I've been watching it sporadically. We get The Tennis Channel. Their coverage is annoying, though, because they will show part of a match, then cut to ten minutes of John McEnroe or someone else talking/interviewing, then back to the match.

Jankovic v. Ivanovic was a damn good match. The final should be good too.

The mens' semis should be (are? at this point?) great, with the 1, 2 and 3 seeds plus a young French up'n comer.

Just saw the final. Go Ana indeed. #1 in the world and the French Open winner. Henin whispered something in her ear on the stage after the match. I imagine it was, "I would have kicked your ass."

And tomorrow we have some Spanish kid and someone sponsored by FedEx, I think. Should be neat.

Well. That was a little quicker than I expected.

                            Very disappointing from Federer.

Looked like he was in a rush to get home in the 3rd set.
