Why can't my players get injured on Sunday rather than Monday?

My players who for one reason or another had the day off today:

      Ryan Zimmerman
      Carl Crawford
      Mike Cameron
      Conor Jackson

4/9. Can we have a daily league next year? Pretty please?

The only reason I don't like daily leagues is the pitch/ditch strategy. I dislike having to check the waivers every day to pick up a starter with a favourable matchup just to drop it after the game.

You still have to go to Yahoo every day.

Ah, I get a year off - thx for volunteering EF

That sort of thing really cheezes me. I like the idea that if you are going to pick up a player for a matchup, you have to keep him on your team for the week and not just switch out every day.

Trust me, it aint a strategy to concern yourself over. I play it and I dont even like it, I end up grabbing pitchers who are ostensibly less effective than damn near all the pitchers on our rosters. I dont do this to get an IP advantage, I do it because one of my SPs wont be making his start or has a bad match up, like in Texas. And I do it when my pitching gets hammered early in the week (Laffey in Texas) and the only way to salvage anything is by diluting the terrible stats. Having a waiver period makes this strategy even less appealing, I'm dropping someone to get a temp SP. Keep doing that and you lose other players to people taking advantage of this wonderful strategy

And thx Fuzzy for the continued updates
