I don't remember Imran's vote or if he did vote but with 9 in favor , why don't we agree to call this issue done.

The next issue is who should be commissioner. I believe Asher proposed it not be NYE. In order to have a more peaceful league it might be best for a more neutral party to be in the role. The guys who participated last year would have a better sense of who that might be-- Who was commish last year for instance

We can create a simple majority vote veto simply by deciding to do so just like we can create an appeal system on the commish ruling even if it is not part of the yahoo system.

This is simple: its our pool, we can do what we want.
