Last year did it for me.

After thirteen years of sucking, after the return of Joe Gibbs, after the initial disappointment of his first year back, after the glorious finish in 2005 and a renewed hope during the offseason of things to come and a real belief that we could go to the Super Bowl the next year, and then finally after the utter collapse that was the 2006 season, I no longer have any realistic expectation that the Redskins will do anything other than suck.

Well, the LT retired. Though more significant are the losses on D -especially the injury to DT McFarland. LB Cato June went to TB.

Well, I think the reason being that they are very thin at some positions... like RB, as pointed out by Michaels tonight when Addai was slow getting up after the first play from scrimmage.
