IIRC, we do IDP's off of last year's actual total points, since their defensive player rankings are so bizarrely wrong.

So leave a list if you cant be around, just give it to someone dependable who picked before you and wont be up for a while. I dont know if we should allow bapay exchanges. They do it at FFZ and it seems to work without too much fuss, but when people are making exchanges after a half dozen picks it can get messy if other people wanted the player bapayed.

I'm in favor of post-bapay swaps, but it's your call, Berz. All I care about is: no whining.

Me too, but we use them at FFZ because we have 2 hour bapays. Twelve hours is more than enough time, but I just hate having bapays in the early rounds. Okay, this is how we'll do it - everyone gets 1 bapay swap for rounds 1-10, after that no bapay swaps. And I want you to think about others - we are waiting for you to pick, dont leave us hanging!

If anyone thinks they won't 100% make their next pick, there are a few people you can PM who check in regularly:

1. Berz
2. Sloww
3. Me
4. Jaguar

All of us check in often enough during the day from what I've seen that you'll get a pick made for you. I typically check in at minimum before work (8am ct), at lunch (12pm ct), after work (5pm ct), and sometimes more often (weekends ftw!). Some of the people on that list check more frequently than that

Just send your list of picks and clear, concise instructions to two people off that list, who will not pick between the current pick and you; or, if they will, put in subject line DO NOT READ FF PICKS or something like that.

By the way, the rankings we use to BAPAY are reached in two ways:

1. Edit Pre-Draft Rankings. This is sloww's genius comment from last draft, that really makes this easy. Move 'everyone else' picks to the left ("exclude"), move 'my picks' to the right (ranked), and voilà, you have the remaining picks in the center column.

2. Click on players in the upper red bar menu. The default sort order is the one we use.

DoY would be BAPAYed Marvin Harrison and either McGahee or Palmer based on the current rankings. Harrison is the highest ranked player at the moment, chad will be gone to Jaguar, and either McGahee or Palmer based on highest ranked at that position. My draft strategy would say RB but it could really go either way; thus i'd say mcgahee probably since he's higher overall ranked.

But since the first BAPAY clock doesn't even start until 9am ct or whatever, he'll possibly be back by 9pm from his time (26 hours from 1pm), and certainly by the second BAPAY clock.
