For England? He won/saved some important games we deserved to lose. Noones career is spotless, but he's done more good than bad for us over the years.
Lampard has ridden the coattails of others to constant England callups, and I'm sure his extended family (Redknapps, Lampard Sr) has helped him aswell. Just like his cousin Jamie though, he's simply not International class.
