      No, that's a Civ 4 event: there's a 1% chance the private message becomes public, and war is declared immediately.

          Hmm. I liked it better as a civ4 "quest". You have to troll several hundred times, and if you're successful you lose craploads of population, but the target gets a massive reputation hit.

          "Event" makes it sound like it happened by accident.

              That would be great. The unique unit could be a panda which rapes the other unit to death.
