  • Thinking about a robotic pool cleaner for a small above-ground pool?

We have a 15-foot above-ground pool in the backyard, and keeping the floor clear of leaves and grit has turned into a weekend chore I would rather not spend my time on. I started looking at robotic pool cleaners since the season is coming up, but I am unsure whether they make sense for a pool this small. Some models seem built for in-ground pools with big price tags and long cleaning cycles, and I do not know if the cheaper above-ground units are worth it or just a hassle to empty and store. I am also curious how they handle a slightly uneven liner floor and whether the filters are easy to rinse out. If anyone here runs a cleaner in a smaller above-ground setup, what has worked for you and what would you avoid?

Could someone please translate the spam into Vietnamese? Non-Vietnamese spammy ads are not traditional.

I found the maintenance on the pool too much of a chore, so I built a small nuclear reactor in its place.
