  • Egg Poll

Mkay, I'm bored. So here's the public egg multi poll.

Don't eat them too often myself, rarely boiled, a bit more fried. Sometimes in other ways, for example as egg wash for breading.

Sunny side up by design. Broken yolk due to clumsiness.

I usually break the yolk. My wife does not.

Scrambled with butter, milk or oil. Maybe with diced spring onion if I can be bothered.

Benedict with duck is nice, at least when I tried it at a local eatery that made it.

This week, I've had devilled eggs and scrambled eggs. Usually poached eggs, medium. Occasionally omlette with cheese, ham, onions, peppers.
There's nothing wrong with the dream, my friend, the problem lies with the dreamer.

It is a tradition of mine, that when the first harvest of my asparagus patch is in, to make a simple asparagus omelette.

As for them eggs, I usually destroy the yolk when doing fried eggs.
