Wow, that guy is dumb law enforcement arresting a criminal is "kidnapping". In a past era poly would have called that stupid sh1t out

Never charged with a crime. Held for months. Constitutional rights (5th, 6th, 14th, possibly 8th) infringed on. Denied his medicine to the point of hospitalization. Physically abused to the point of hospitalization. Family and lawyer kept in the dark about where he was for weeks at a time. Now being deported, still without being charged with a crime.

Hopefully not being deported to a foreign prison or a country he's never been to (unknown as of yet)

All for being found brown ... with papers.

Did the fascist have a Freudian slip? Why did "leftist" CNN initially post the edited video without "plenary" until they were called out on it? Why was Miller not asked to explain why he used the word "plenary"?

Yes, the thousands of people who have been donating to this and other families to help pay legal fees, as well as bombarding authorities with questions about this and other similar cases, are probably keeping ICE from behaving even worse.
