Even lawful US residents have been detained, jailed, or deported for speech. They are checking phones of people returning to the US. We are becoming a tin pot dictatorship.

I witnessed hundreds of people returning to the US en masse last weekend. I had plenty of time to observe being at the back of a long queue. There didn't seem to be a single instance of phone checking or even of pulling people out of the queue apart from on-the-spot security checks involving pat downs, scanners and baggage checks. I wonder what circumstances trigger the phone checks? Have you had your phone checked Aeson? did they force you to unlock it or did they take it somewhere out of sight and return later?

at least banishment/exile could have some semblance of "due process". I am most worried about "disappearing" US citizens by snatching them up as part of illegals deportations and leaving no paper trail.

I didn't say it would be legal just that it would leave a paper trail.

Whether it's racism, misogyny, xenophobia, Unconstitutional acts, or breaking our word ... Geronimo will be there as an apologist, a whatabouter, trying to muddy the waters, cast blame on the victims, and demonize those fighting back.
