During the cold war there were two main ideologies, one that still holds water, communism and another one that is completely destroyed int he minds of the people, capitalism.
But both were supported worldwide not because of some piss poor examples for nations be that the USA or the USSR (both of which have been beaten by Greece in basketball, the only country in the world to have done that or have Plato) but becaus huge numbers of people worldwide actually BELIEVED in the merits of each system.
on the side of the US the propaganda talked baout freedom, It's just a gimmick but it had some fools convinced.
now Trump completely shutters this myth and destroys it once and for all.

I don't think trump quite understands the huge and i think irreversible damage he does to his country worldwide and particularly to his once allies.
