      Trump always said he could kill someone in fifth avenue and get away with it. This guy is getting away with it so far, so maybe he is Trump in disguise?

        Isn't he now named as Luigi (forgot the rest). Sounds rather he's from the SuperMario dev team. If he was in civ development he would have used a diplo first.

        Edit: for a more serious answer, only found a short bit:

              Looks like the suspect was caught at McDonalds. So the entire case has probably nothing to do with healthcare.
