    They were legally obliged to do so under ICC rules, so why didn't they...? 🙄

    Did Russia actually ever take responsibilty for crossing Mongolian red lines in the middles ages so much that Mongolia and some innocent Khan had no other choice than to invade?

          When the Mongols started massing their hordes on Russia's borders the Russians probably initiated a genocidal campaign against Mongols in Russia.

                  Mongolia is a signator of the Rome Treaty, and a member of the ICC, unlike Russia, the USA, China, and Israel. So yes, they should have.
