In fact the forum was alive with speculation about the potential of Russia launching a massive invasion of Ukraine starting at least as far back as October 2021 when large press releases began from the white house of enormous troves of intelligence showing preparations for a huge Russian invasion all around Ukraine. Even before that Putin broke several relatively fresh agreements along with several long standing general treaties by annexing Crimea over 8 years earlier and that certainly didn't escape condemnation from Ming or the overwhelming majority of posters here.
