      BG-3 is great
Only thing I dislike is, that your maximum party size is just 4.
But at least you can open the camp menu at every time in game and change the party setup (and don't have to go to a tavern or temple in order to do that, like in so many other CRPGs)
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "He has fallen in battle and I must take him to the Einherjar in Valhalla"

4 is really the classic DnD size. 6 is always stretching it a bit, although definitely still playable.

The classic 4 person party is fighter, magic user, cleric and rogue. The classic three person party is fighter, magic user and rogue. Note that you can often easily combine fighter with other classes even without going to complicated setups (Paladin, Ranger, etc) and you also have rogue magic users too (Bard, etc).

I did like playing Baldur's Gate with 6, but that is because there is so many characters to have in my party, not really because I felt they were necessary to fill holes.

I was eagerly awaiting XCOM 3, but news sez Firaxis rather likes to do other stuff these days, so dunno if it ever arrives

One thing I am eagerly looking forward to is "Cities: Skylines II"
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."

I would call Jagged Alliance-3 one of the greatest comebacks ever on pair with BG-3.
And BG-3 is definetly the best RPG of the last 20 years, not just a game of the year.
