Musk's lawyer's letter to Meta was very specific in claiming ex-Twitter employees, now at Meta, are (a) working in violation of their non-compete agreements, and (b) providing Meta with Twitter trade secrets.

Of course, Musk is also refusing to pay arbitrators, which is having the effect of preventing ex-Twitter employees from settling disputes through (mandatory) arbitration rather than legal or civil litigation, thus slowing down the entire process and stalling payments that Elon knows damned well he is liable for.

Gotta say, nothing would please me more than to see Musk's entire $44B ego-investment just evaporate. I know it's unlikely, but Musk seems increasingly determined to make it so...

Non-compete agreements are not enforceable under California law. Meta has plenty of products not named Threads for ex-Twitter employees to be working on. Plus, Threads is based on Instagram's infrastructure so the level of Twitter proprietary content is pretty much 0

Zuck's atonement for 2016 was censoring Biden's political opponents in 2020. But that huge story was a scam, Mueller, Horowitz, and Durham have proven the Clinton campaign conspired with foreigners from several countries, Obama's DoJ and media allies to smear people as traitors to spy on Trump. The CEO of Crowdstrike testified under oath they had no evidence Russia hacked DNC emails. So what else... clickbait ads on social media. The problem with that is the amount of money spent on ads was small and more than half the ads were bought after the election. Did you know one or more of those troll farms indicted by Mueller challenged it in court and Mueller had to back down?

As I said, it was clickbait ranging from ads supporting BLM or the NRA to the silliness of masturbating with Jesus. Have you actually seen the ads? The Dems lied about that too, shocking, I know. So a couple days after Trump joked about how our news media would very much appreciate the Russians finding the emails destroyed by the Clinton people someone tried to hack into her campaign computers. Naturally the Dems told us Putin did it, but they're compulsive liars so I'd bet $$$ Russia didn't do that either. Yeah, my money's on the Dems behind that.

Durham found out on July 26, 2016 John Brennan told Obama, Biden and Comey the CIA knew the Clinton campaign was trying to frame Trump as a traitor. On July 31 Comey opens Crossfire Hurricane to investigate Russian ties to the Trump campaign. When that went nowhere Comey sent the Steele Dossier to a Fisa judge to spy on Trump.
