We die every night, bro, when we fall asleep and don't feel anything until we wake-up. The only difference between real death is that will never wake-up, when we die, but you will never recognize that.
I have already died at May 17 2021 and it is a miracle that I am still here.
We can't escape death, no one can!
And all of us will die sooner or later, just like billions before us.
When you will truly understand that everything will become much easier and you will become calm.
