          Now is this a minister in charge of primes or a prime that is a minister? If the latter, I'd go with 73.

            I prefer Prime to Choice but the cost can be high.

                I preferred Yes Minister to Yes Prime Minister. Perhaps the writers were running out of fresh ideas?
