Meanwhile, people with Parkinson's disease are thew worst affected.
I am not delusional! Now if you'll excuse me, i'm gonna go dance with the purple wombat who's playing show-tunes in my coffee cup!
Rules are like Egg's. They're fun when thrown out the window!
Difference is irrelevant when dosage is higher than recommended!

Try drinking out of the glass.

for example, if you pour a wine glass full of fine peloponnesian wine you could raise that glass to your lips and drink or you could use a straw.

Yeah, just drink the old-fashioned way.

...of course, if you really wanted to be all fashionable and ****, you could just use one of those nifty stainless steel reusable straws!
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Me thinks Elephants have an evolutionary advantage: in-built, flexible straw.

I've seen pasta-based straws around. Like a really hard long hollow noodle (that's what she said!).

It is all what you are used to. Plastic lasts like nearly or at least practically forever. Lets sacrifice a little for our planet.

I'm not a fan of straws anyway, I generally remove them and drink from the cup, so I don't really mind.

We have reusable steel straws in our household, along with some rubber ones (technically silicone?), and rubber ends that go over steel ones.

                            **** those paper ones.

I have a metal straw with my Yeti and it just feels wrong. Yet, it is reliably indestructible!
