Russia should have had this. without going into this - eveyone knows what i mean. why? we all see why - off the shelve cheap tech. could this happen tp the US??? have things changed this much in such a short time? i think maybe it has. i do think china has done nothing (tiwan) - because of this very question. is IT the WOKE moment of military engagement. it is a crazy world we live in. i am pretty sure Russia could blow up Ukraine at any time - if they wanted to go nuke. at least - i am pretty sure. so... not sure about totally different. I think China would have a tougher task with the water feature in the middle.
