Back in the 80s and 90s I used to be a contractor for various US government agencies. I can speak snippets of 8 different languages and I used to travel extensively all over the world. I disagree based on these 2001 stats listing advanced weaponry by country. True, 20 years has passed but guessing it hasn't changed as much to make your list accurate.
