Passenger vehicle drivers will be more affected, particularly the ones driving $70K pickups that get crap mileage. Then again, if you can afford the vehicle you can probably afford the increased fuel price. You still don't seem to understand that what hurts us will in effect hurt Russia a whole lot more. Your currency has collapsed and Russia can't even reopen the MOEX for fears that the floor will fall out. Meanwhile, here it is just another normal day.
