Today both leaders of DNR and LNR rebel republics have appealed to Russia to recognize their independence.

Two days ago two artillery shells shot by Ukrainians has landed on the Russian territory of Rostov on Don region.
Today an Ukranian diversion group had crossed the Russian border, to evaqate them, two Ukranian IFV's had crossed Russian border, both were destroyed, five Ukranian soldiers KIA and one is taken POW, no casualities on Russian side.
During today's bombardment the power plant and hospital of Donetsk were badly damaged.
Ukraine keeps bombarding Donetsk and Lugansk with heavy artillery and mortars.
Due to heavy bormbardments Donetsk has lost 90% of water supply. Lugansk has completely lost all gas supply.
Ukranian army intentionally destroys the civilian infrastruction in both rebel cities, which is a war crime, according to the international law.
