you don't need to soak the ognions. It's better if they have the acidic kick.
DON'T put basil ffs. But definitely put oregano
you can do it with regular tomatoes no problem
youi don't need to put wine vinegar. you can put regular
traditionally you take a big slice of feta and put it on the side of the dish, you don't crumble it. You pour some olive oil on top and some oregano on the feta.
    peppers are not necessairy
you d'nt need to wash the vegetables in the sea

    otherwise it's pretty accurate

I like my onions fresh on salads. There are different types of onions ranging from sweet to really acidic so you can kind of get the flavor you want just by picking the right onion.

Your Greek greek salad is different from the greek salad here. Here it has goats cheese but not olive oil, it is just normal garden salad but with goat cheese.

You can buy "Greek Salad" in my suburb at the chinese fish and chip shop.

I have eaten greek souvlaki, moussaka and yiros. I enjoyed eating them.

I really have no idea whether they resemble the souvlaki, moussaka and yiros eaten by Greeks in Greece.

The Italians say our pizzas are very different from pizza in Italy. The Chinese say our chinese food is not "authentic".

I understand there are different levels of authenticity but not puting olive oil in a salad and calling it a greek salad is like taking a turd adding sugar, painting it white and call it a marshmellow

                For real.

Today there's apparently gyros in the company canteen. Will keep you posted. At least the cucumbers will be there.

American made feta is better and cheaper than Greek made feta. I do like the Bulgarian made goat's milk feta they sell in cans of salty water at the local store. It is yummy and competitively priced.

I often make salads and greek salad is one of them, I use goat's milk feta if I have one but the ordinary feta would be okay.

Either it's greek feta or it is not feta
It's just some random goat cheese.
