both 2 shots are effective, it may be the Pfizer vaccine was used extensively in Israel and thats why they reported people catching the delta variant.
the 1 shot J&J aint so good though, 60-65% protection while the others are still around 90% and from what I understand the vaccines reduce the symptoms.

Pfizer is certaintly effective and moderna has very recently proven effective too. Aztrazeneca is simply less effective.
The fourth wave at this fall will unfortunately eradicate the unvaccinated.
Israel which is among the highest vaccinated nations (and where I recently found greek laiki (popular) music is their most loved and played music in the country, didn't know that), anyway in Israel 54% of all delta infections are vaccinated. However the symptoms are mild and you don't die.
Bottomline: if you had pfizer or moderna you'll be fine. If you had astrazeneca you'll be fine too.
