Do they have conspiracy theories saying that the reptilian society is under control of human shapeshifters from Earth (and/or the hollow inside of the reptilian planet) which have taken reptilian form?

I believe that the answer, like the answer about reptilian space Jesus, is that while the forces that create life on earth are very universal... that we should expect that the actual implementation is non-unique. So probably their conspiracy theories are about amphibian shapeshifters/etc.
