Even if it is a mistake for Biden to have worked with Trump's treaty and time table and not tear it up and send 10s of thousands of more US troops to Afghanistan, that still wouldn't be impeachment worthy.

It seems pretty clear that if Biden had started a desperate evacuation earlier that the collapse would have begun earlier. It was set in motion at least 18 months ago, if not over a decade ago.
