I actually got most of the storyline from watching the Saturday morning cartoon, which IIRC matched up with what I saw of the 30s serials pretty well.
Did you see that cartoon? I think there are full episodes on YT.

And then there was the need for a profile angle I couldn't find anywhere.
The main angle I needed was this old standard I already had lying around. But I also needed a 3/4 angle for the spin.
Well, I found one - same whatever you call that Timelord collar thingy, even.
-And I jiggered the angle of his head at least twice to suit my needs better:
-Tougher job than it sounds like.
But the major effort went into creating that profile I needed:
-It woulda taken a lot less time to just draw something that was going to be about 25 pixels tall.
-But, you know, it turned out good, and I got the pleasure of good work - and more useful images in storage. Hail Ming.Comment
