I was educating myself about America (while eating) watching youtube and those idiots there have said there are no mandatory paid vacation days in USA.

In Soviet Russia I have 32 days of mandatory paid vacation every year, which are paid 100%.
Whenever I am sick - I got 100% of my salary paid (including vacations days and weekends).
When our women are get pregnant and give a birth to a baby, they have a three years period when their salaries are paid in full, while they rise a baby at home.
