  • Has anybody ever actually won an internet argument?

I do not argue with people on the internet because it seems futile, I could not be bothered and do not care what some random dude thinks.

I am wondering if anybody has ever actually won an argument with adversary actually agreeing?

I heard it happened once, a long time ago. People whisper about it as it has receded into legend. That one time when someone changed their mind on the Internet.

I've conceded arguments before and I've seen others do it. There's usually no fanfare so they go more unnoticed than verbal brawls.

So have I, however I find arguments on the internet are too often tedious and the effort considerable. A bit like trying to argue with a drunk in the front bar.
