Are you talking about human in general or just the human brain?
The difference between human (body & brain) and AI is a f*cking lot of sensors to collect information. And the ability to act (modify) the external world.
AI as it exist today is very limited in its interaction with the external world. And with that limited interaction, it is limited in its interpretation of that info.
