          and very different "vibe" than the aegean islands.

          hopefully some day god will deem me worthy to visit south america and argentina

          I could even try and speak some spanish (or atl least udnerstand some)

            corfu and zante are influenced (aprt fro greek - obviously) from the venecian culture. They were never under ottoman occupation.
            They have green whereas the aegean islands are rocky.
            their beaches are indeed beaitiful and their inhabitants are considered a bit loopy (a little crazY)
