no thanks ... seems like the USSR and russia have a bigger list of incidents that resulted in dead submarine sailors, than the USA have

But of course you may object that the USSR subs don't count as this was before "russia" ... O.K., but then, for fairness sake we also have to rstrict the US accident to that timeframe.
So, for funs sake lets list all fatal accidents and sinkings from 1992 onwards:
