Like Oerdin in the Brexit thread.

He has no shame over the fact that he is always wrong.

I have extreme political views? I am usually chided for being too centrist!

Oh, and the offer May got from Juncker really was a turd sandwich and anything else would be better. I get that an extremist like you is unable to admit that basic truth but I still hold out hope that in time you will learn.

You have very strong opinions on Brexit for someone who doesn't live in Europe.

This doesn’t apply to me because I am never wrong

The irony is Mobius is always wrong and never sees it.

People who are always wrong were excluded from the study.

In Study 2 a sample of 381 subjects were included for analysis of questionnaires and behavioral tasks. To ensure data quality we excluded 123 subjects (original sample n = 504) based on a range of pre-defined exclusion criteria. First, 5 subjects were excluded from questionnaire analysis due to answering at least one of the two catch questions incorrectly, as described above. An additional 77 subjects were excluded due to performance in the perceptual decision-task being above 85% or below 60% correct, indicating that the staircase procedure was insufficient to produce threshold performance.

In Study 3 a sample of 417 subjects was included for analysis of questionnaires and behavioral tasks. As in Study 2, we excluded 158 subjects (original sample n = 575) based on the same pre-defined exclusion criteria. Seventeen subjects were excluded from questionnaire analysis due to answering at least one of the two catch questions incorrectly. An additional 90 subjects were excluded due to performance in the perceptual decision task being above 85% or below 60%, indicating that the staircase procedure was insufficient to produce threshold performance.
The study applies only to people who are wrong between 40 and 15% of the time.

If a moderate gets an ‘agree/disagree’ scaling scoring of 4, 6, 6, 4 on a test, I wouldn’t be surprise if you’d get 1, 9, 9, 1. You’d both average in the centre, but your views are not the same.
