I like hunting and fishing. Serb, what is the best tasting fish to catch or bird/mammal/what ever to hunt in the part of Russia where you live? How do you like to cook it?

I don't eat fish at all. Though, I like to go fishing with my father or buddies = wild-nature party drinking, but that happens very rarely now.
