Her claims are pretty bad; they are detailed there. He claims she started demanding money, hit him when he did not give it to her, and then filed a false claim as revenge. Apparently this happened back at his apartment where the two had been living for 10 months.

Inside the courtroom, without evidence on either side, the testimony of the accuser (man or woman) is worth nothing. Not half, not double, not any percentage. Nothing.
If it was instead him accusing her of something, his testimony would not even worth half of hers.

L.A. prosecutors decline to charge Avenatti though his now a girlfriend files a restraining order against him. Avenatti is insisting it is a hoax. I must say he was making noises about running for office and this nearly kills that for him so I could see some GOP dirty trickster paying her to say this. They have done such things before.

I still think it is interesting the Avenatti had stopped paying all of her bills for her and she was demanding money from him, which he refused, the same night she filed her claim. The group which seems to be involved had a history of offering tens of thousands of dollars to woman who invent false claims against people the Trump campaign does not like. Their first target (where they were caught red handed and discredited) was Bob Mueller and, it seems, their new target is Avenatti.
