I didn’t assume what SCOTUS would do if such a case were brought to court. I instead presented the facts of the matter, what SCOTUS has ruled on in the past. I also have said I hope SCOTUS will not allow Trump to overturn established case law with an EO.

But you failed to see that their would be a difference between the children of diplomats being granted birthright citizenship and the children of invading soldiers being granted birthright citizenship.
