Economic prosperity seems to deal with it. So we just have to lift ppl out of poverty...ok, easier said than done everywhere. In the meantime, soft measures like better access to information, education, possbily contraception maybe? Dunno what the Vatican sez these days 'bout it. Notice how drinking one glass of wine was safe and beneficial, then recently declared as dangerous even moderately and then is safe again?
