    Remind me to never ever ever ever visit Mesa (Arizona) which is the city, where the cold blooded murder I described in my OP happened.

    The Mesa PD now has another case that got them into the headlines.
    This time thankfully not for shooting someone who is lying on the ground, but just for beating a person up with no reason a all

    Seems like, as a citizen confronted by Mesa Police, you have 2 rights:
    Get shot
    or get beaten up
