Perhaps in some relationships all they have to do is, to give the male part the "privilege" of being the one who has to clean the toilet.
(because that's AFAIK the only time when standing vs. sitting becomes an issue ... i.e. when he "proudly" pees standing up and causes a mess (maybe due to poor targeting skills, peeing while his "precious" is hard or due to the usual splattering) but cleaning the bathroom is left to her, because "cleaning the bathroom is a womans job and no work for a man")

People who don't clean up after themselves are horrible human beings. That has nothing to do with sitting down to pee or male privilege. Men have to deal with that more than women do. I've never once seen pee on the rim at my friends house, but I see it EVERY time at the public restroom. It seems like women like to complain about male privilege more than they actually have to deal with it.
