Yo protejo lo bueno fecil de abrir verter y almacenar VERY IMPORTANT that one. verter y amalcenar.
    No idea what it means.

Also there are also buses that fo from degaulle to paris center so that's great

Be careful about getting too drunk on Sangria. If you don't drink a lot of water to go with it, you can get a really bad hangover.

Isn't htat true for all alcoholic drinks?

And actually sangria is benign in comparison to hard drinks because the alcohol % if way less.

      Dehaydration is one.
Another is reduced electrolytes and sugar levels.

So apart from drinking water (not too much as it can upset the stomach but lots of sips over a longer span) you also need sugar and salt. (or calcium in general)

Alcohol is a toxin and your liver (which is repsonsible for making sugar) is occupied in processing and clearing that toxin that is called alcohol.

Hence, it has no time to produce sugar. You have less sugar, you need sugar.

Also alcohol disrputs electrolytes (for some reason). You lose calsium and I think Νατριο (natrium?). So you need to up your eceltrolytes a sports drink is very good to do that but also salt rich food will also do it.

In short, if you want to recover quickly froma hangover it's

      water
      glucose drinks
foods with lots of salty fats

If you want the pseudo impression that the fog clears out it's caffeine.

And of course LOTS of sleep.

Or you could just not drink a lot

This. But, I thought we were already past this point.

On one hand there isn't that luxury here today

On the other hand there's also no need

              I am kind of bored.
I'm not drunk just bored (which often leads to drunk)

I don't think alcohol is an issue for a long long time now.

Unfortunately you have the displeasure of witnessing the only times when I'm drunk.
I'm never drunk BUT on poly.

              It's strange I know.

I was ina rigorous program after quiting smoking.

I changed my diet completly did a lot of excercise. I had optimum weight (now I again gained the 4 kilos I lost) and generaly I ripping asses apart on the health scale. I had a bit of a cholesterol. After 3 weeks of my program I was 100% great in all exams.

But... the body cannot live in restriction for ever. It's not that I didn't enjoyed it but here's what happened.

In ugust the gym was closed some days of the week. So when I went there I turned back... with nothing to do...

Also when I got my exams and saw that everything was great.... I kind of relaxed...

Now, also august is a laid back month at work too.

All in all I did a couple of binge drinking the last couple of weeks (all on poly of course)

              It will be fixed
