The longest german word in germany so far was:
Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübert ragungsgesetz
(in english: Law for the delegation of responsibilities for supervising tasks in the labeling for beef )
It is a law that was onnly valid for a single geerman state however, was abolished in 2013 and AFAIK replaced with a law that has a shorter sounding nameTamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "He has fallen in battle and I must take him to the Einherjar in Valhalla"

A few questions pops to my mind...
Is there a "justify text" in german text editors?
What's a typical german line length, in # characters?
Is german the Mecury of languages, the planet where days are longer than years?
Can you build a german word that extends over 2 sentences? The books that the world calls immoral are the books that show the world its own shame. Oscar Wilde.
