    Beware taking up discussions with Oregon authorities about traffic lightning if you have an education as engineer.

    While it's probably sensible that you need to be a licenced engineer if you are going to do engineering stuff as a professional, I find it a bit weird that if you say that you are an engineer and use the techniques you have accuired getting that degree in a debate you are fined for illegal use of the title "engineer" and for "engaging in unlicenced engineering work".

    With other words ... to use your brain (in the manners you have learned) you need a License

        Thinking outside the box is no different from driving while drunk and must be punished accordingly.
