That is inpired by a story I read in German media. What happened:
1. Firefighters called to an accident on the Autobahn.
2. Ppl make room, driving their cars to the sides, creating a passage in the middle
3. After some time, some ppl however think "oh look, everyone's waiting despite there being so much empty space in da middle. But these rules only go for the plebs -- we are way above them"
4. Said ppl start to use this way to get ahead of the rest while rescue ops are still underway
5. Which means those firefighters/med teams coming in to help after the first wave were blocked, some had even to walk over several 100 metres in full gear/ carrying equipment to reach those in need for help
Personally I think first responders should be equipped with tasers to deal with ppl who block the way. Cars and other hvy obstacles should be drone striked!
